For each offer you select, the AI reads your CV and the job details and drafts a cover letter tailored to that employer. You review and approve it before it is sent.
Applications are sent from a managed mailbox, and employer replies land in your inbox where both you and our team can see them. When an interview is offered, you take it from there.

No. We do not guarantee employment, a visa, or even an interview. Hiring and visa decisions rest with employers and authorities, which we cannot control. What we promise is the consultancy work itself: a strong CV, tailored cover letters, real openings, and applications submitted on your behalf, which increases your chances. Success also depends on your own qualifications and on factors such as exit bans, military service, or background checks.

Yes. The AI generates an initial CV and a cover letter per employer, and you review them in Studio. You can edit text, reorder sections, and request changes. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
That is the handoff point. When an employer offers an interview or sends an invitation, our consultancy work is complete and you connect with the employer directly. We do not broker the hire or take a placement fee.
You sign a KVKK and GDPR consent form before any application is sent. We process your data only to build your CV, match you to jobs, and apply on your behalf. We disclose automated processing, support your right to human review, and let you request deletion of all your data at any time.
Matched offers typically appear within 3 to 7 days, and time to an interview request is often around 30 days in the EU and longer for non-EU destinations.
